BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
Her conversion began in December of 2008. She could not understand the meaning of her existence, or why all the pleasures of this world ended so quickly. She did not find answers to her questions (not even through her studies in philosophy) until someone demonstrated to her the True Wisdom which comes from the practice - in the Church - of the Word of God (cf. Ps. 119:100). Thus, she left everything and everyone to follow the plan of the Lord with the Little Ones of Jesus and Mary. BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
Already at the age of 6 she told her mother that she loved how nuns lived, and by the age of 12 she wanted to become one. This love grew the whole time she was going to Catholic schools. Then, one day, she encountered the community of the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary in her hometown of Houma (LA) - in whose evangelical lifestyle she finally found her Great Love. BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
Growing up in a Protestant family, she came to the Catholic faith when she was still a young girl and immediately understood that Jesus would be the only love of her life. After a journey of vocational discernment in a house of formation in the USA, she found the community of the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary on facebook and fell in love with the poor, simple, and evangelical lifestyle. BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
Raised and educated in a Catholic family in Arizona (USA), she attended Church and the Sacraments from an early age. She felt the desire to undertake religious life already at the age of 13, but she also dated 2 boys during high school. After praying to Mary to understand if she was called to religious life, she received a sign that referred her to Hosea 2:21-22: “I will make you my bride forever…” and following a strong experience before Jesus Eucharist, already at the age of 17, she clearly felt that God was calling her to give herself totally to Him. After obtaining her high school diploma, she decided to study Nursing Sciences at a Catholic University, while participating in online vocational meetings with the Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary, the religious community where her sister, Sr. Luz, had already undertaken her path of consecration to God. In May 2023, following a luminous response from God to a specific prayer of hers, she felt called to discern with our community. So, after teaching science for some time at the school she herself attended, she happily began her 6-month experience with psgm on February 2, 2025. In addition to English, she speaks and writes Spanish quite well and is trying to learn Italian.

BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
She comes from Laveen, Arizona, and was raised Catholic her entire life. However, during her teenage years, she was spiritually lost. Through the Lord’s mercy and grace, she experienced a profound realization of her need for Him, especially through His Holy Sacraments of the Eucharist and Reconciliation. Guided by our Blessed Mother, she has returned home to the Catholic Church. In this renewal of faith, she has discerned a calling to religious life with the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary, surrendering to God's will through His word with peace, joy, and fire.

BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
- Born in Phoenix, she was raised in the Faith by her devout parents who had themselves recently converted to Catholicism. Growing up, the strong witness of those around her - fellow parishioners, teachers, and friends - helped to fortify and develop this faith so that it would never be lost. Although very joyous where she was, it was during her time at university that she really began to listen to that call to something greater which had been growing louder for some time. With much guidance and prayer, the Lord slowly began to turn all of her desires towards His Love, making clear her call to the religious life. In 2025, she met the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary through Sr. Luz, her good friend from youth and, through many signs she understood that it was His will for her to enter into the “folly of love” with this community. As of February 2026, she is now in the 6-month experience. Her mother-tongue is English but she can also speak well in French.

BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
- Born and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana in a culturally Catholic home; during her teenage years, after confirmation, she left the faith and wandered through life looking for something more. Through many hardships she came back to the faith at the age of 27 and has never felt more peace (Jer 29:11). In the fall of 2023 she had the first thought of religious life while watching a horror movie, ‘The Nun’. After a few months of prayer she saw a reel on the poorfriars Instagram page announcing a ‘Come and See’ retreat with the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary in Houma, LA; not realizing there were any religious in the same diocese she decided to at least go and experience it. Since that retreat, and after receiving many signs, she’s felt the peace, joy, and fire in her heart knowing God is calling her to religious life. She
speaks English and is hoping to learn Spanish and Italian.

BRIEF PROFILE and LANGUAGES (for evangelization):
- She was born in the North of Mexico, but she lived most of her life in the U.S. since her childhood. She grew up in a Catholic environment, received all the sacraments as a child, but her family only participated in Church activities on special occasions. It was in 2017, while she was already living independently, that by the grace of God she went through a “reversion” into the Catholic Faith, starting to take her faith seriously and participating in the sacramental life of the Church. By God’s providence she lived in an area of the Archdiocese of Seattle with a lively catholic community and the witness of many holy clergy who helped her learn more about her faith. She has been discerning her vocation since 2019, praying God to understand what He wanted her to do and He responded through a series of dreams. She decided to join the Little Friars and Little Nuns of Jesus and Mary for a retreat in 2014 and while there she lived out one of those dreams. She then got more concrete signs to continue discerning with them and to enter their 6 months of experience. She left her job and the beautiful state of Washington to dedicate 6 months with this community to better understand God's Will and she prays that, by the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe, she may discover His will and have the courage to follow it. She speak fluently both in Spanish and English.
